Infosys - Model & Challenges

Filed in archive Offshoring by prashanth on May 22, 2007

I came across the slides from a recent presentation at the deutsche banklinks Technology Conference by the COO of Infosys - Gopalakrishnan (Krish - Soon to be CEO)

Below are two slides from the slide deck that i find interesting, first is about the change in the model of Indian IT Services firms and the second is the key challenges faced by them.

I think the two key challenges that weren't included in the list but is like to cause the most disruption the market is /are

1. Software being delivered as a service

2. Need to break the linearity between the growth in staff to growth in revenue.

More on these topics in posts to come.
