Hexaware Technologies is on an expansion mode. Vice-chairman and CEO, Rusi Brij, said that the acquisition would be in the range of $10 million to $15 million and it would be finalised by the end of 2007.

The company acquired FocusFrame in 2006 for $ 34.3 million and is now busy adding capacity to its new campuses at Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Pune.

"Hexaware has acquired a 25-acre plot at the Hinjewadi IT Park in Pune to set up a Rs 100-crore campus," Brij said. The campus will become operational in the first quarter of 2009 and will accommodate 2,000 professionals in the first phase, he said.
