They may not be mutually exclusive, but I think one may be more successful than the other, and it's the one that has received the least attention in the media thus far. Of course, as a Zimbra VAR you may have the inside scoops, but strategically I think the best bet would be hitting Exchange where it's soft rather than Google/Zoho/etc where they are strong.
