Wipro Technologies announced recently that it has won the National Outsourcing Association's (NOA) award for "I.T Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year".

According to Dr. A L Rao, Chief Operating Officer, Wipro Technologies, "We are delighted to have won the "I.T Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year" award. It is a reaffirmation of Wipro's belief that the next level of delivering value to our global customers will come from identifying solutions that have been traditionally delivered from a single location and delivering these on global delivery model using innovative tools and technologies."

Martyn Hart, chairman of the NOA commented: "At the NOA we strive to raise awareness of best practice in the outsourcing industry - the awards are core to this strategy. All winners have ably demonstrated excellence in outsourcing and have highlighted the importance of best practice standards being met in the industry."
