The economics of SaaS

Last month I put up a post regarding the economics of the B2B SaaS market, responding primarily to an interesting post on Zoho's blog regarding the matter.

I have been entirely remiss in posting a link to CEO Sridhar Vembu's response to a question that I, among others, posed in that exchange, namely, what's in the enterprise application business for Zoho?
