HDI, the world's largest membership association for the service and support industry, is conducting Executive and Vertical Forums in March and the upcoming months. This week from March 6-10 the Forum is at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

Now based on the research I have done on HDI's website (and combing through the web a bit), these events are not everyday events. Participation is generally limited 15-20 senior support executives. Current participants in the Executive Forum are from the largest banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, accounting firms, and universities in the world. Topics at each Forum are decided by Forum participants.

Example benefits of the forums include:

  • World-class presenters

  • Focused and in-depth coverage of topics

  • Motivation and challenge from peers

  • Benchmark and best practice ideas

  • Year-round personal executive advisory board and networking

If interested in the forums you should visit here and/or contact HDI at 800-248-5667. General HDI membership information can also be obtained here (note there are ranges of levels of membership). Make the move to investigate further!
