Oracle Acquisition of Hyperion - Questions?

While thinking about this acquisition a lot of questions came up, for which i am trying to find answers in the blogosphere, as part of that effort i am positing some of the questions here to see if you can get some responses:

How is acquisition going to effect Hyperion's Business - License Revenue/New implementation etc?

What are the 4000 Hyperion Customer who are on SAP going to do?

What benefits are the 4000 Hyperion Customers on Oracle likely to get - Short/Long term?

How is the Hyperion Acquisition going to tie into Oracle Fusions plan?

Is Oracle going to continue investing in Hyperion products?

Though the official line is there is little overlap between the products, there seems to be significant overlap both on the Apps and BI side. How are things expected to pan out?

Who benefits this deal the most Hyperion, oracle or the customers?

What i plan to do is  as i find answers to these questions, i will post them here.
