Sugar Suite 3.0, will add a wide range of sales-savvy support tools, including campaign management, email marketing, document management, sales forecasting, and even a wireless access option for access from the road. The new features are built on top of SugarCRM's core open source sales force automation (SFA) and CRM platform.
SugarCRM's latest Sugar Suite 3.0 components, all of which are open source, include:

• Campaign management
• List designer
• Email marketing
• Forecasting
• Document management
• Project management
• Employee directory
• In-built wireless access supports any browser-equipped mobile device, including RIM Blackberrys and Palm Treos. It provides users a customizable PDA-centric view with read/write access to their Sugar Suite information, including contacts, leads, opportunities, accounts, meetings and calls

Sugar Suite 3.0 will be available on April 30 in two editions.

• Sugar Open Source Edition 3.0, available under an open source software license at SourceForge.
• Sugar Pro 3.0 is available at SugarCRM's Web site under a standard commercial license at for an annual fee of $239 per user per year. (The annual fee includes 12 months of application updates, installation assistance, trouble ticketing, and global weekday phone/email-based technical support.) A hosted version, of Sugar Pro, Sugar On-Demand, is available for $40 per month.
