this is a joke. all it includes is license cost and setup fees. there’s no accounting for management of the system, database administration, upgrade costs, network administration and hardware, redundancy, etc.

PN , Good point that some of the additional costs have been missed out, i have sent out a mail to the company to try and get thier views on the same, but what are your thoughts, in terms of teh cost differntial on the other heads, Also one cost which might prove a deal maker/breaker is the integration costs.
