Wage differentials comparative to U.S. salaries as reported in neoIT's annual survey of nearshore and offshore wages in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
ITO: 85%-90% lower salaries in India, and 35%-40% lower in Canada.
IT-infrastructure management: 70%-75% lower salaries in Mexico.
Contact center: 75%-80% lower salaries in Brazil.
Knowledge Process Outsourcing: 70%-75% lower salaries in malaysia.
HRO: 80%-85% lower salaries in the Philippines.
F&A: 65%-70% lower salaries in Hungary.
