More on the SMB SaaS front
Longjump, this time, with a free triallinks period going through the end of the year. No word on pricing-looks like they are hoping to hook you and then spring the bad news after you're already into it. They have all the usuals you've probably come to expect from these offerings-global search, broad integration and customization, open APIs, an elementary marketplace where developers can share and resell their own custom efforts.

Now, I believe in this delivery model as much as the next guy, but even I am surprised at the flood of providers jumping onto the bandwagon after Salesforce cracked the market open. But how do you decide who to go with? This early in the cycle, and with the masking powers of the Web, it can be difficult to evaluate the candidates. I would be interested in hearing from organizations which have gone through and made their selections to find out what their criteria and findings were.
