JasperSoft Corporation, the leader in open source business intelligence, today announced JasperReports for SugarCRM, the first open source Reporting engine for the SugarCRM Sugar Suite. The new solution, available for download on SugarExchange at http://www.sugarexchange.com, provides a library of pre-set, transactional reports that run with Sugar Suite, offering users the ability to easily generate customer interaction-based reports.

JasperSoft for SugarCRM also gives Sugar Suite users a secure, real-time reporting system for accessing and displaying business-critical information stored within Sugar Suite. Because JasperReports for SugarCRM is fully integrated into the Sugar Suite authentication system, users can access reports using the same account they use to login to Sugar Suite. JasperReports for SugarCRM seamlessly integrates into existing IT infrastructure and communicates with other third-party applications using HTTP or Java APIs. Corporate data can be pulled from existing databases with JDBC, POJO, and XML.
