While we were busy looking at the Open source Enterprise space, the Commercial Enterprise Software space just hotted up ....with another aqcusition in the offing, And this is a BIG one, the deal is expected to be valued at 5 Billion.

Yes, its Oracle again and this time they are in talks with Siebel. It was only sometime back that Oracle after its very public bidding war to get peoplesoft made two other acquisitions of Retek and Oblix . Now it's the CRM giant's turn, I wonder where from here?
