I wonder how well Infosys would of performed if the H1-B Visa Quota was increased above the 60K per year limit. As it is, Infosys is the #1 user of H1-Bs per year in the USA. Unfortunately, the H1-B equates to a labor force that is cheaper than Americans. Something is going to happen in 2008, however I don't think it's going to be an increase in the quote of H1-Bs that would give companies like Infosys more opportunity to make more money on a labor force that is cheaper than the Americans.
