RSSHenning Kaggerman Keynote – 1 (SAPPHIRE VIENNA)
Henning Kagermann keynote had a few interesting nuggets otherwise it was a a little bit of the old wine in new bottle in this first post let me just highlight on a few key themes he touched on,
1. Business Network Transformation 
2. Integration platform = Netweaver

Given the Accelerated pace of change in the business environment,
1. M&A – Every 20 mins
2. Every 3.5 mins a new product launch
3. Every 0.1 second a container is shipped.
So there is a need for
M&A – Integration platform
increased products – multiplier platform
Business Model Innovation – Same Product , Different Terms – Adaptable business platform
Platform = Netweaver
True value comes from the network of businesses (Innovation not Invented Here)
Need to be agile – Open Cross Industry platform, for an integrated enterprise – Open platform
Company try and differentiate thru innovation – Innovation focussed solution
Not having all capability internally = Partnering with other organization – Transforming the business network – Business Integration approach
