HDI, the world's largest membership association for the service and support industry, is conducting quarterly Support Center Leadership Forums. HDI's Support Center Leadership Forums provide opportunities for leaders to learn, network, share ideas and experiences, and to discuss the latest developments in support center best practices. The next Forum occurs October 3-5 at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center.

R. F. Barnes, Jr., Senior Vice President/Managing Director of the Global Service Desk of JPMorganChase, and participant in some of the related HDI Forums says:

"I have been a member of the HDI Executive Forum now for two years. I have been in the help desk industry for over 15 years and this is one of the best times in my career. We meet quarterly with peers from some of the top companies in the nation. We talk about the industry, challenges we have, and each and every time I walk away with something I have learned and usually can use in my own business. This group is a must for senior help desk leaders that are always looking to better their business and their knowledge of our industry."

Support Center Leadership Forums events are limited to about 20 senior support managers and directors. Topics at each event are decided by Forum participants.

Example benefits of the forums include:

  • World-class presenters
  • Focused and in-depth coverage of topics
  • Motivation and challenge from peers
  • Benchmark and best practice ideas
  • Year-round personal executive advisory board and networking
