Reader Clinton made a good comment on a prior post entitled, "SAP Supports Corporate Governance Software", which addresses a reseller agreement by SAP with Virsa Systems, a Kleiner Perkins venture. Clinton writes:

Great, EXCEPT that if your company has more than one system you might making twice the amount of work for your auditors. What about if your company is running Oracle Financials and Siebel CRM, the tool won't deal with all three - that's not very intuitive especially when Audit resources are hard pressed in these SARBOXY times. Virsa is in the SAP box for SAP - that's great news only for some.....

At the time of this post, Virsa Systems PR had acknowledged receipt of this comment, but have not commented.
