Closing the CEO/CIO Gap - Forrester

In a recent Forrester presentation on the Closing Gap between the CEO & CIO, there were some interesting slides, below are a couple of them:

First on the CEO's satisfaction levels with IT: Closing the CEO/CIO Gap - Forrester

Second on What CEO's think IT is contributing in the areas of Business Innovation, Process Improvement & Tracking and reporting of Assets (Both people & equipment).
